Fantastic experience from the first interaction! Everyone was extremely professional and they kept me up to speed throughout the entire process, I knew exactly when my vehicle was expected to be ready for pickup. When I picked my vehicle up it looked better than the day I drove it off the lot!

my husband and I traveled across the country and in SD our gps put us on a dirt / mud / gravel road (Stoneyville rd) which caused our wheel well cover to come loose. The very sweet woman on phone of JE said to bring it on over. John met us at the door and told us what he could do to get our car back on road. He did repair of tightening remaining wheel cover. His genuine concern for us and generosity of "no charge and have a good one" was so heartwarming. He refused to take any money. We can't thank you enough. Peace and gratitude to you all at JE!!!

10 I’ve never had to deal with a more professional, and more quality repair shop. I will recommend anyone to come have body work done here. From customer service to every detail on the body work, paint, and plastic pieces. Attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve had some terrible experiences in the past with many other shops, JE customs will be my home shop now and I know I’ll only have good ones from here on out.
